Membership

If you are an appropriately qualified, insured practitioner living or working within the London Borough of Sutton, you can apply to join the Sutton Complementary Health Network.

• Regular opportunities to meet other local practitioners.
• Sharing expertise and ideas
• Working to support one another in practice.
• Working with colleagues and other local organisations to influence a positive environment for complementary health.
• Advertising your practice on this website and in The Sutton Complementary Health Register.
• Taking part in the running of the Network.

Annual membership costs just £5 per month and it is simple to join. Print out and complete the application form provided. Gather together copies of your current insurance, evidence of qualifications and membership of relevant professional organisation(s).

Post these to the Membership Secretary, 258 Stoneleigh Avenue, Worcester Park, Surrey KT4 8YB with a cheque made out to Sutton Complementary Health Network for £80 for one year’s membership.  NB. This includes a one off joining fee of £20 plus £60 annual membership fee.

Your application will be considered at the next group Get Together and we will let you know as soon as possible if it has been accepted.

Note that the membership year runs from 1st April; membership fee in your first year will be pro-rata.
