Reiki Shares

Reiki healing is a natural and complementary therapy that gently balances life energies to help improve health and wellbeing. The subtle energy is transferred by the touch of the hands, to free up the flow of the energy around the body. It is extremely powerful and helps emotionally, physically and spiritually. It can be used safely on children of all ages and for women at all stages of having a baby.

People who have any level of Reiki attunement are welcome. We also encourage people who are not tuned to Reiki, but who would like to experience it, to come along. We will set up the evening so you get the experience of both receiving Reiki energy and also being able to channel it yourself.

If you would like to experience Reiki in a friendly and informal group, then come and join us.

In Banstead

We have a wonderful Reiki share in place, which is also very welcoming to anyone new to the experience.  We meet monthly in Banstead and this event is free to attend.

Reiki Training Courses

Reiki is a very easy therapy to learn and includes everyone, as it is not bound by any belief system.  Usui Shiki Ryoho is traditional Reiki, handed down from Usui Sensei to Reiki Masters teaching today.  These teachings are very much about teaching people how to heal themselves, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.  Usui’s motto ‘unity of self through harmony and balance’ was written on a plaque on the wall of his training centre in Tokyo and is the basis for learning all the levels of Reiki today.  

These positive, life changing courses begin with the first level which is taught over two days.  All courses are certificated.
