When we feel stressed, anxious, angry or dissatisfied with our life we may need to talk to someone and try to make sense of what is happening for us. Counseling is about listening deeply in a non judgmental way. It can support you to work through difficulties and it can help to discover greater peace and happiness.

- Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
In my work I use various models:
Mindfulness Practice helps through developing greater awareness of body, feelings and mind, mostly through the medium of the breath. It helps to connect with our insightful Self, with our greater wisdom, and to change the atmosphere of our mind. It can be deeply healing and transforming.
Psychosynthesis helps us to reconnect with our deeper Self, sometimes with the help of the imagination, through representation of images and dialogues.
EMDR also reconnects the past and the present through eye movement. It brings us back to the present moment and to our body and emotions whilst safely rediscovering the past.
Psychodynamics also works with unhelpful patterns that we developed in response to past events and that we tend to repeat in the present. It works directly with the interaction in the room as this is likely to put us in direct contact with our projections as they are happening in the present moment.
