The Bowen Technique is a very gentle, non-invasive technique that can help your body recover both mentally and physically.
It woks at a subtle level that treats the ‘whole person’ rather then addressing specific symptoms. However, it is frequently used very successfully for addressing sports injuries and joint problems.
There is no need to undress for the treatment and it can be given when clients are lying down, seated or even standing. It works amazingly well during pregnancy and on people of all ages – from newborns through to seniors.
Sessions last for about 45 minutes. Hazel is a member of the BTPA (Bowen Professional Therapy Association) and has been working with this technique for more than 25 years.
