Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment that lays emphasis on the structural and mechanical problems occurring in the body’s framework. Osteopathy is a manual therapy. It employs a variety of gentle techniques such as rhythmic movements to gently stretch a joint, soft tissue massage, manual traction and some manipulation which is a quick movement to the joint where sometimes you hear a “click”. This helps to restore the normal alignment and function of the joint.

Advice on lifestyle and exercises to aid recovery may also be given. If further diagnostic investigations are required these can be arranged for you.
