Time Line TherapyTM is mainly used to help people release trapped negative emotions from past events, often from childhood. It can also be used to let go of limiting beliefs or decisions (such as ‘I could never be a successful X’) and used to set future goals.
A typical Time Line TherapyTM treatment is spread over 2-3 sessions. The initial session lasts about 2 hours and includes a therapeutic discussion, explanation of the process and a run through the process for one or two emotions. The following sessions are for the remaining emotions that need to be released.
